Here’s last week’s swim workout, which features a super fun ladder! OK, maybe not super fun…

Warm up: 300 swim, 300 kick, 300 pull
wear swim paddles for the pull

Main set: 1x 100 swim
2x 200 swim
3x 300 swim
Wear paddles for one 200, and one 300

Cool down: 200 pull

Total yards: 2,500
